Utah @ Detroit
Reggie Bullock is currently questionable with a thumb injury he sustained in Sunday’s game against Brooklyn. This has minimal fantasy impact beyond providing Stanley Johnson more minutes.
Phoenix @ Indiana
Myles Turner hopes to play against the Suns on Wednesday night. A long awaited return from a nagging elbow injury. This shouldn’t have a massive effect on the starting lineup, aside from pushing Domantas Sabonis back to the bench.
Chicago @ Philadelphia
The Philly backcourt will be thin without JJ Reddick, Jared Bayless and TJ McConnell. Bayless may carry a questionable tag headed into the game, but it likely means that we will see extended run for Timothe Luwawu-Cabarot. However, the biggest fantasy bump goes to super Dario, who lead the Sixers in scoring on Monday night.
Chicago will continue to be without Kris Dunn. Jerian Grant posted a monster double-double in New Orleans on Monday night. ACROSS 47 MINUTES. All things considered he wasn’t far off his .93 fppm average. Philly’s a relatively neutral matchup for the point, let’s not pretend it’s Russ.
San Antonio @ Memphis
San Antonio on a back-to-back is always tricky. Look for those players who saw over 30 minutes against the Cavs to get knocked back into the 25 minute range. Pau Gasol could return from a wrist injury here, he’s currently questionable. Manu sat out and hasn’t played in nearly a week, I wouldn’t expect him back tomorrow.
Memphis’s injury report was a novella on Monday. It’s a bit better heading into Wednesday. They will be without Jamychal Green and James Ennis. Putting Jarell Martin and Dillon Brooks in the starting lineup. Martin has been the more productive of the two thus far, but both should struggle with San Antonio’s defense.
Boston @ LA Clippers
The Clippers will be without Jawun Evans on Wednesday night. Tyrone Wallace and Milos will man the backcourt per usual.
Expect Deandre Jordan to miss another game as well with an ankle. Blake Griffin, Snubbed Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell have lead the way with over 1 FPPM of late with DJ off the court.
Minnesota @ Portland
Jimmy Butler’s knee looms large in this one. In fact, his presence could swing Vegas in favor of the Wolves, even on the road. Without Butler, Nemanja Bjelicia has been excellent. He scored almost exactly 1 FPPM on Monday, while Jeff Teague dropped 30 and Andrew Wiggins scored 40 on his highest usage night of the year. We will all be waiting for Butler news from morning shoot-around.
